Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated Data Centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to their clients throughout Europe. Millimetre Design carried out an extensive redesign and build of the head offices in Dublin. With that came a brand identity clean up and signage for the building.
Their logo needed very little work; the typeface was refined, the lockup made more solid to reinforce their reliability, their strength and the colours subtly tweaked. The office fit out featured an angular, white, minimal reception desk and stark geometric light fixtures coupled with biophilic elements creating splashes of green in the clean, open space.
We designed window manifestations which ran across the upper and lower floors, a single line cutting through solid blocks, tracing its narrow path across the openness of the clear window. These shapes mirrored the reflections of the angular light fixtures creating new hidden geometry in the design.
