This was a very enjoyable project to work on. The clients were already actively engaged with Millimetre Design’s expansion of the hotel when we began to work with them on a brand refresh. Both the owners and the Marketing Director really wanted to be involved in the process and brought their own ideas to the table.Reducing Shannon Springs Hotel to SSH seemed a simple idea but it was used to great effect in subsequent marketing materials to reinforce the sleepy, restful nature of their hotel.

The client were very open to ideas bucking the trend in the local area. Our research found the other hotels in the area to be either very traditional or modern but very staid. This bolder brand mirrored the choices made in the newly designed foyer which featured sumptuous sofas, a minimal reception desk footprint, graffiti on bare red brick wall and neon signage. The foyer also featured surreal prints we created, neatly framed and lit. The rebrand included all physical and digital collateral and staff uniforms.
